EXCELLENT stay!

The location is near a tram line. A ten minute walk gets you there EASILY. The reception area looks very nice and the staff are pleasant. Breakfast had good selections and the room was quiet. I had a great time and look forward to returning.

The check in process was just a little slow, and I had to wait for a bit. it was eventually resolved.

The room included three beds. It featured daily cleaning services with fresh towels, I REALLY appreciated this. The room also had a radiator allowing for individual temperature adjustments.

the walk from the tram felt slightly unsettling at night, being in a quiet area.

I found the location quite convenient with tram and bus stops nearby. The tram made it easy to get to the central tourist sites. A buffet breakfast offered a decent start to the day and the beds were indeed comfortable. Getting to the hotel from the airport was straightforward, with a short taxi ride.

The hotel's proximity to the highway meant there was some noticeable noise.

The staff were very approachable. Location near a train station offered easy trips to the central area in about 20 minutes. I found the room very clean upon arrival. The hotel provided a good value overall.

The hotel did not replace used mugs. The cleaners took used towels away but did not supply new ones. This was an issue that I hope they address moving forward.

the metro stop was only a short walk. the hotel also had a pizza vending machine. it worked very well. it was very convenient when restaurants were closed, though.

one day, the bathroom lacked soap. this was a slight oversight.
