EXCELLENT stay!

nice reception pleasant staff good breakfast

The location is near a tram line. A ten minute walk gets you there EASILY. The reception area looks very nice and the staff are pleasant. Breakfast had good selections and the room was quiet. I had a great time and look forward to returning.

The check in process was just a little slow, and I had to wait for a bit. it was eventually resolved.

The room included three beds. It featured daily cleaning services with fresh towels, I REALLY appreciated this. The room also had a radiator allowing for individual temperature adjustments.

the room included a useful safe. i found a convenient pizza vending machine on the ground floor. the hotel features proximity to supermarkets. the number 2 tram stop is also a short walk away.

the walk from the tram felt slightly unsettling at night, being in a quiet area.

the staff was friendly. they provided prompt and helpful assistance at the front desk. i received clean towels daily and found the staff readily available to answer questions, they always seemed happy to assist guests.

Convenient Stay with Great Amenities

I found the location quite convenient with tram and bus stops nearby. The tram made it easy to get to the central tourist sites. A buffet breakfast offered a decent start to the day and the beds were indeed comfortable. Getting to the hotel from the airport was straightforward, with a short taxi ride.

The hotel's proximity to the highway meant there was some noticeable noise.

The front desk staff was helpful and provided tram tickets. The concierge was friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. The reception staff took the time to explain everything clearly. I found them professional. The elevator provided convenient access to all floors.

Clean and Accessible Location

approachable staff train station good value

The staff were very approachable. Location near a train station offered easy trips to the central area in about 20 minutes. I found the room very clean upon arrival. The hotel provided a good value overall.

The hotel did not replace used mugs. The cleaners took used towels away but did not supply new ones. This was an issue that I hope they address moving forward.

pizza machine short walk

the metro stop was only a short walk. the hotel also had a pizza vending machine. it worked very well. it was very convenient when restaurants were closed, though.

one day, the bathroom lacked soap. this was a slight oversight.
